Leading and Growing Teams
Understanding how teams can function effectively is valuable for nonprofits of all shapes and sizes. Your team might be staff, volunteers, your board – or all of these. This very interactive 3-hour workshop will engage you in leadership practices of communicating with others: giving and receiving feedback, having difficult conversations, and reflecting on your leadership presence. These skills, in turn, will enable you to support your board, volunteers and/or staff and grow their skillsets, all while strengthening yours.
This will be an in-person workshop at GS Steamers, 70 East 1st Street, Oswego. Seating for this workshop is limited and attendance is by invitation only. There is a nominal fee to attend.
Instructor: Natalie Scavone; Facilitator: Heidi Holtz
