Oswego County Community Foundation: matching grant over two years for new funds contributed to the newly formed Oswego County Community Foundation. The first payment of $50,000 was made in 2014. These funds will help grow the endowment of the Oswego County Community Foundation which, in turn, will allow the Oswego County Community Foundation to meet the changing needs of the community.
