NET Coaching, Capacity Consulting and Office Hours

Office Hours with Foundation Director Chena Tucker offer a focused, 90-minute opportunity for nonprofit leaders and community partners to think strategically, ask candid questions, and explore next steps. During these sessions, Chena brings her breadth of experience to help refine ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and surface opportunities for growth. Participants can expect thoughtful guidance, practical insights, and, when helpful, referrals to trusted consultants with deep expertise across a range of nonprofit and organizational disciplines. Office hours are typically held on Wednesday afternoons between 1:00–4:30 p.m.; interested participants are invited to click the link to schedule a session at a time that works best for them.

Coaching Referrals:

Coaching support is offered through referrals made by the Foundation Director based on an organization’s specific needs and the expertise required. Following participation in Office Hours, eligible nonprofit organizations may be referred to a consultant for up to three hours of complimentary coaching. Referrals are thoughtfully matched to support effective, targeted capacity building. Referred organizations may submit a 2026 Coaching Request, and a consultant will follow up to schedule an initial consultation.

Capacity Consulting Support:

Nonprofit organizations can now apply for capacity consulting scholarships using the proven Nonprofit Lifecycles™ approach. These scholarships offer crucial support for a consultant to facilitate a comprehensive Nonprofit Lifecycles™ capacity assessment, potentially leading to the development of a tailored work plan. The Foundation provides varying levels of consultant support, including facilitating a Lifecycle Capacity Self-Assessment (the "Selfie") with the organization's board, or a Lifecycles Capacity Assessment (the “Intensive”) in collaboration with an organization's Leadership Team. Please contact us to receive the access code to submit a scholarship application via our Online Grant Application System.

Please don't hesitate to contact us for more detailed information about these opportunities and how your organization can benefit.
