NET Coaching, Capacity Consulting and Office Hours

Our NET Coaching, Capacity Consulting and our brand-new Office Hours designed to further enhances our commitment to supporting nonprofits in Oswego County.

Office Hours:

Office hours provide consultant availability to offer confidential, quick advice, answer questions, or provide referrals.  You may drop in (walk-in at Shineman office for Elizabeth, zoom-in to  Heidi’s virtual office) – but to ensure that you secure the time you need, we recommend scheduling ahead of time.  For more information on consultant availability and scheduling, Click Here.

NET Coaching:

Nonprofit organizations are eligible for up to three hours of complimentary coaching with a selected consultant. This additional support is designed to enhance the benefits of participating in the NET Series. Please submit your 2025 COACHING REQUEST HERE, and one of our consultants will reach out to schedule an initial consultation. 

NET Capacity Consulting Support:

Nonprofit organizations can now apply for capacity consulting scholarships using the proven Nonprofit Lifecycles™ approach. These scholarships offer crucial support for a consultant to facilitate a comprehensive Nonprofit Lifecycles™ capacity assessment, potentially leading to developing a tailored work plan. The Foundation provides varying levels of consultant support, including the facilitation of a Lifecycle Capacity Self-Assessment (the "Selfie") with the organization's board or the facilitation of a Lifecycles Capacity Assessment (the “Intensive”) in collaboration with a Leadership Team from the organization. Please contact us to receive the access code to submit a scholarship application via our Online Grant Application System.
