The Oswego City Police Department’s (OPD) embedded mental health clinician will work with local officers and develop crisis response plans to assist those within the community living with mental health disorders (MHDs) and co-occurring mental health substance use disorders (MHSUDs) who have high rates of contact with emergency services.
