To remodel, repair, and restructure the prior Victory Shelter in Oswego, NY.

Funds will be used to provide supervision and ensure safe, drug free emergency housing for at least 60 individuals in the first year; and help them obtain safe, affordable housing and necessary services within 30 days of emergency placement.
