The Garrett Dunsmoor Memorial Foundation builds relationships with Oswego County organizations to help provide support to groups that share our vision: to improve the lives of youth in our community.

Grant Types and Requirements:

• We focus on grant requests within the areas of Youth Sports, Youth Arts & Sciences, Community Projects, and Youth Advocacy.

• All grants must further the foundation's mission to benefit youth in or around Oswego, NY.

• All grants must go towards non-profit organizations

 Grant Amounts:

• Grants typically range from $500 - $2,000. In some cases, we may approve larger grants and approval amounts may vary based on how many applications are received.

 GDMF does not typically fund:

• Salaries or stipends

• Facility renovation or construction

• Political purposes or lobbying 

• Direct grants to individuals
